I am a total potato fan… so check out some of these spudtacular recipes ( you can download lots of recipes for free) – I was on a kids TV program What Now and we ran a competition – yes potatoes are most other kids favorite vegetable too… Lots of my recipes have potatoes in them – always best to start cooking with foods you love!!!
